It starts with a remote consultation. You send photos of the wet area, approximate opening dimensions, and a description of what you want. From that we rule out unworkable options, propose one or two configurations, and schedule the measure visit.

The measure happens on finished tile — that rule does not change by state. Our tech records actual dimensions, angles, plumb, and slope, photographs obstacles, and produces a drawing. You then approve sizes, glass thickness, and the hardware package.

Fabrication begins only after drawing approval. Schedule discipline matters here: holes are drilled before tempering, so any dimension change means a brand new panel. That is why we lock hardware and thickness earlier than we would on a job around the corner.

Installation is planned as a single visit with time to spare. Setting the enclosure takes two to five hours, followed by a water test and a care walkthrough. No showering for the first 24 hours while sealant cures.
